Payment Guide

The price we quote is in US dollars and is based on the exchange rate of the day. When you reach an agreement on your itinerary with your travel consultant, you will need to pay a 15% deposit. There would be a higher percentage of deposit if it’s a large group or special situation. We hope you understand that the balance payment should be paid 30 days before your Asia tour.

Our available payment methods are PayPal, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and wire transfers. If you would like to know alternative payment methods, please consult your travel consultant. Check the following payment process for specific instructions before making a payment.

PayPal

PayPal is a fast and safe way to make an online payment.

After finalizing your travel plan with your travel consultant, you will receive a secure PayPal online payment link via email. Please ensure that you pay attention to emails from the domain hifivetrip.com.

After clicking the link, it will jump to the PayPal account login interface. After logging into your account, you can click on the "Pay" button and complete the payment. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still complete your payment by entering your credit card or debit card information. Basically, PayPal accepts all major credit cards and debit cards.

Note:
1. We offer detailed PayPal account information of our company to you in the payment link email. Or you can ask your travel consultant for our PayPal account information.

2. If you choose to pay by PayPal, you need to pay an additional 3% PayPal service charge on the total amount.

Credit Card

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for payment. Paying by credit card requires your authorization. Your travel consultant will send you the Authorization Form by email. Please print it and complete it.

How to Pay by Credit Card

Step 1: Complete the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form. You need to fill out the form with VALID credit card information, including the cardholder’s name, card type, card number, billing address, cardholder’s signature, etc.

Step 2: Scan or photograph the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form, the front and back of your credit card, and the information page of your passport, and then send these image files to us by email.

Step 3: After receiving your authorization documents, we will send you a confirmation email. These authorization documents will be sent to the Bank of China, where our company is located. The bank will assist us in deducting your payment from your credit card issuing bank.

Note:
1. According to the laws and regulations of the Chinese government, it is not allowed for tour companies to charge in foreign currencies. Your credit card issuing bank will deduct the payment in local currency from your credit card account. Credit card payments processed in CNY are based on the real-time exchange rate in China. We cannot control the exchange rate used by your credit card issuing bank. So, the amount deducted from your credit card may differ from the amount shown on the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form.

2. We cannot accept credit card payments if you pay within 45 days of the departure date.

3. Service charge: The Bank of China will charge an additional 3% service fee.

Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer)

Wire transfer offers lower bank charges than PayPal and credit cards. But it may take a longer period for us to receive your payment, usually from 5 to 21 days. Therefore, we cannot accept Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer) payment if you pay within 45 days of the departure date. If you choose to pay by wire transfer, your travel consultant will send our bank account details to you via email. Please pay attention to emails from the domain hifivetrip.com.

Note:
1. Please write your travel consultant's name on the transfer notes so that we can verify your payment and confirm with you as soon as possible.

2. After completing your payment, please photograph or scan the transaction receipt and send it to your travel consultant.

3. Service charge: The service charge varies from bank to bank. So the final service charge is subject to the bank’s standard.
