Welcome to Sapporo in Hokkaido! When you arrive at the New Chitose Airport, you will be greeted by your local guide and driver and transferred to the hotel for check-in. Have a good rest and prepare for the trip the next day.

In the morning, you will be transferred to Biei, which is famous for its picturesque flower fields.
Start your tour with the Blue Pond, a stunning deep blue colored pond in the sunlight. Natural minerals in the water give the pond vivid colors, making it a perfect photography spot. Then, travel to Shikisai no Oka (Four Seasons Color Hill). Take photos with the giant scarecrow and take in the colorful sea of flowers. You can stroll in the flower fields or take the Shikisai Norokko tractor bus.
In the afternoon, you will head to Patchwork Road, planting various crops, for a walking tour or cycling tour. You will see two famous trees: the Ken and Mary tree in Nissan Skyline TV commercials and the Seven Stars Tree on the packaging of "Seven Star Cigarettes".
Afterwards, you will visit Zerubu Hill, which offers a breathtaking view of lavender, poppies, sunflowers, and other flowers with the backdrop of the Tokachi mountain range. Wander through the rolling hills with vibrant flowers and immerse yourself in the peaceful ambiance.
After the tour, you will transfer to Furano and check into the hotel for the night.

Renting a bike on Patchwork Road is self-funded. There are several bike rental shops around Biei Station. You can rent a bicycle that costs 200 yen per hour, or an electric bicycle costs about 600 yen per hour.

After breakfast, you will visit Forest Fairy Terrace (Ningle Terrace) in a forest, where you can explore a series of charming wooden cottages. When you stroll on plank walkways, you can select unique handmade souvenirs at craft shops or enjoy local snacks at a cafe.
Next, you will explore Farm Tomita with orderly flower fields. Acres of lavender are the most iconic sight. You can taste the lavender ice cream and stroll through the colorful fields.
After visiting, drive to Otaru and check into the hotel.

After breakfast, you will head to Otaru Canal, lined by many old warehouses and historic buildings, which are now museums, cafes, restaurants, and shops. You can take a leisurely stroll along the Otaru Canal and appreciate the canal's scenery.
Travel to Kitaichi Glass with a dazzling array of exquisite glassware. You will have an opportunity to learn about how glass is made and experience glass-making. Visit Otaru Music Box Museum, the largest music box specialty store in Japan. You will be attracted by the soft sounds when you are in the shop.
Head to Sankaku Market, where you can visit a dozen seafood stalls and taste delicious seafood rice bowls and other mouth-watering seafood delicacies.
Later, you will transfer to Sapporo and visit Shiroi Koibito Park, a sweets theme park. You can visit the factory and take a look at the process of chocolate making. You can also make Shiroi Koibito cookies on your own.

This morning, you can travel to Yurigahara Park with about 6,400 kinds of flowers, including 100 types of lilies. You can ride the "Lily Train" to travel through the park and appreciate various blooming flowers.
Next, you will visit Sapporo Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill, offering a panoramic vista of downtown Sapporo. You can see grazing sheep on the idyllic grassland. Visit the statue of Dr. William S. Clark, which is known for the word, "Boys be ambitious!".
In the afternoon, you will travel to Odori Park with plenty of seasonal flowers. You can go for a picnic like locals and enjoy a leisurely afternoon walk. Head to Tanukikoji Shopping Street, the oldest and most popular shopping street in Hokkaido. Tanukikoji Shopping Street, with approximately 200 shops, is a good place for Hokkaido souvenirs.
